ChuckE3 is a visionary, entrepreneur, entertainer, producer, and a recording artist. For over 30 years, he has recorded dozens of albums and entertained in venues across the world.
Chuck has toured and performed with multiple artists, with the likes of Noel Redding, Les Paul, Harold Dean, George Strait and Willie Nelson Band and Members, guitarist Michael Feliciano, Ginger Baker, and many more. He has performed with various music groups at the White House, for Former Presidents Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton, the United Nations (for over 200 ambassadors at multiple UN functions), the Constitution’s 200th Anniversary Parade in Philadelphia, PA, and Walt Disney World Main Theatre events.
He has also negotiated recording contracts and produced large live music shows. Chuck is a versatile multi-instrumentalist musician and is a "Live Sound" and Studio Recording Engineer. He is based in Denver, Colorado.

Lee Liley is a musician who grew up working within the industry and watching the evolution of rock and roll unfold in real time, decade after decade.
In the mid 1990’s, Lee started several companies that included: Hitmaker Records, Starmaker Productions, AshLee Recording Studio's, and LeeSound Publishing Company (B.M.I.).
Lee began his quest to connect with people in the major label record arena. In 1999, at a party in New York, Lee became friends with Senior A & R Director of "Arista Records”, Hosh Gureli, Clive Davis's, right hand man. Lee also developed friendships with many other music industry moguls including Charles E. Fachs Senior Vice President of Polygram / Mercury and is goods friends with renowned artist / producer Quincy Jones.
Lee is a member of the "ASCAP Professional Advisory Network" and "The Warner Music Group Alumni Association”. He is based in Denver, Colorado.
BOARD SECRETARY/TREASURER:
Erika Edstrom is a graduate of the University of Denver, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies.
She specializes in employment law and has served in lead roles in small to large companies as a Director of Human Resources and Safety and Manager of Payroll and Benefits for over 15 years.
MUSIC ADVISOR, AWARD-WINNING BASS GUITARIST & SONG WRITER, BOARD MEMBER, ASSOCIATE PRODUCER:
Kenny Passarelli has a 30 year plus music career that has earned him 21 platinum and gold albums, 5 gold singles, and multiple top 10 chart hits through studio and live performances with Elton John, Tommy Bolin, Joe Walsh, Dan Fogelberg, Hall & Oates, Stephen Stills, Crosby Stills and Nash, and many more.
He is known for his talent as a top American Bass Guitar Player. Kenny is a founding member of Barnstorm, co-writing the hit song ‘“Rocky Mountain Way” with Joe Walsh. Kenny has recently played shows with close friends, Stephen Stills and Kenny Loggins.
AUDIO - CHIEF MASTERING ENGINEER:
David Glasser is Founder and Chief Mastering Engineer of Airshow Mastering.
He is a two-time Grammy winner and three-time nominee, and has mastered over 120 Grammy-nominated and winning albums.
He got his start in audio working at a classical FM station in Boston, followed by 8 years at National Public Radio in Washington, DC, where he worked on daily news shows to large-scale live music broadcasts.
In 1983, David founded Airshow, Inc., a live broadcast engineering and remote audio recording company. In 1997, David moved his company to Boulder, CO, and built a mastering facility where he worked on early SACD releases and numerous surround sound projects.
In 2004, he started working with Grateful Dead productions and mastered dozens of Grateful Dead archival, reissue, and video projects, including the Grateful Dead Move, The Complete Europe ’72 Recordings (73 CDs), and the 50th Anniversary Editions of Workingman’s Dead and American Beauty.
David also serves as a firefighter.

Jeff Albright founded his public relations company, Albright Entertainment Group, in 1993. Since entering the music business, he has been awarded a total of twenty-one gold or platinum albums and has represented artists that have been responsible for collectively selling over a billion albums in their careers.

Jack Van Son serves as a Board of Directors Member of MusicTracks Multimedia Corporation.
He also served as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions for Optiv Security, a Blackstone portfolio company headquartered in Denver, CO. With over 30 years of strategic leadership, Jack has successfully executed over 30 merger/acquisition transactions ranging from $5M to $1.25B. Prior to joining Optiv, he led M&A and business development and integration efforts for Dell for over 3 years and at IBM Corporation for over 5 years. He has held executive positions as Chief Operation Officer at Isogon Corporation and General Manager of the Notes Development at CGI Systems, an IBM subsidiary.
Early in his career, Jack founded, developed and later sold three computer technology startups. Jack served in the United States Air Force as a cryptographic computer systems technician and instructor from 1975 – 1981.

A graduate of the film program at the University of Southern California, Tim Ryerson served as Director of Programming at Showtime Networks and moved to Denver to launch the Starz networks as VP of Programming.
Tim began his early career working at Paramount Studio’s, CBS, and has taught Film/Video Business and Film History as an adjunct faculty member at the Colorado Film School and has directed three independent feature films. Tim is currently certified by Apple in Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5, video editing software, and was previously certified as a Final Cut Studio Master Pro with certifications in all six Final Cut applications.
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY, CINEMATOGRAPHER:
Tristan Barnard was born in Dublin, Ireland. In the year 2000 he went to the United States to achieve his film dreams.
He started as a camera assistant and locations assistant for TV networks: NBC, National Geographic, and the History Channel. Then, he worked with seasoned filmmakers, directors, and cinematographers at motion picture companies: Paramount Pictures, Universal, and Disney.
Today, Tristan is based in Hollywood and Dublin and works in the US and Europe as a director and cinematographer.
Each year he also helps produce the Medeira (Portugal) Film festival where he teaches young and upcoming filmmakers about cinematography techniques.
Tristan is best known for his work on Star Trek: Renegades (2015), Mirror (2013), and The Bourne Ultimatum (2007). Tristan has worked extensively with The History Channel and the Discovery Channel filming shows throughout The Badlands and Black Hills.

Steve Replin is a business, entertainment and intellectual property attorney at the firm of Replin and Rhoades, LLC (a/k/a The Replin Law Group, LLC). He specializes in Entrepreneurial Legal Representation, Entertainment Law, and Alternative Business Funding. His firm focuses on legal issues for filmmakers, screenwriters, publishers, agents, managers, musicians, labels, intellectual property, business, corporate, and entertainment law.
Steve holds a CPA license, has an MBA from New York University, and an LLM in tax from New York University School of Law.
He is the author of WHERE TO GO WHEN THE BANK SAYS NO (on Amazon.com).
He has developed a proprietary program entitled Launch30 for new and early staged businesses.
Steve has also been a business coach for over 35 years.
STAGE & SET PRODUCTION DESIGNER:
David H. Jackson worked at the Denver Post and The Rocky Mountain News for over 24 years, primarily in the advertising department.
Dave has played music for over 45 years and is an accomplished bassist and guitarist, and custom designs them as well. He also composes and writes music.
Dave has helped form musical groups called "Crank Call Love Affair" and "Mau Mau 55"; Both were the only Denver bands to ever sell out the Rainbow Music Hall, twice. Later he formed a band called "Pigmy Love Circus" and has seven albums to his credit.
